First Class Card Rate is the most affordable postage rate for prints with sizes 4.25 x 6” and 4 x 6”. First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate are offered for prints with sizes ranging from 4.5 x 6” to 6 x 11”, and any sizes with envelopes.

For folded and tabbed prints with folded sizes up to 6 x 11”, we offer these postage rates: First Class Letter Rate and Standard Bulk Rate. You can also mail folded cards, brochures, flyers, postcards, and greeting cards with 1-color envelopes.

With our mass mailing services, you can avoid shipping fees and wasted time. The mailing services include list preparation, CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certification, address ink jetting, and postal pre-sorting. We also drop your mail at local USPS (United States Postal Service) office.

Mailing List

Submit your mailing list or purchase a list from us. Create mailing lists that can be specified by geographic location and demographic data. We prepare CASS certified mailing lists to provide accurate addresses on your mail pieces. ER Productions evaluates lists, validates addresses, and removes the duplicates. We also use USPS approved method called NCOA. National Change of Address is a process that updates your list based on the Change of Address requests filed by postal customers.

We provide USPS Mailing Guidelines for you to know the requirements in order to qualify your mail piece for discounted postage rates. Leave white space on the upper right hand corner for the postal indicia. Provide aspect ratio between 1.3 and 2.5. Folded mail pieces should be tabbed or enclosed in envelopes.
